The User is encouraged to consult a healthcare professional for any question relating to her health, in particular in the event of persistent pain, abnormal bleeding or unusual symptoms; before any decision relating to her contraception or hormonal therapy; and where endometriosis, PCOS, perimenopause or any other condition is suspected.
The cycle, fertility window or ovulation estimates offered by the Application are probabilistic estimates based on the data entered by the User. They must never be used as a method of contraception or as a method of assisted reproduction.

Article 8 · Intellectual property
All the elements making up the Application (designs, interfaces, logos, texts, illustrations, animations, trademarks, source code, databases, algorithmic models) are the exclusive property of Cyclezen or are the subject of licences duly granted to Cyclezen. These elements are protected by French and international intellectual property law.
Cyclezen grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Application, limited to strictly private and non-commercial use, for the duration of her account.
The data entered by the User (cycle, symptoms, journal, notes) remains her property. Cyclezen has a right of use limited to the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and the granular consent form.
Article 9 · Liability
Cyclezen uses reasonable means to ensure the availability of the Application 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without being able to guarantee the total absence of interruption.
In accordance with French law, Cyclezen cannot be held liable for decisions made by the User on the basis of the information provided by the Application, the Application not being a medical device. However, nothing in the Terms excludes or limits Cyclezen's liability in the event of gross negligence, willful misconduct, bodily injury, or under a mandatory legal provision.
Article 10 · Termination and account deletion
The User may delete her account at any time from the Application ("Settings → My account → Delete my account"). Deletion immediately deactivates access and permanently deletes health data within 30 days, except where legal and accounting obligations require certain data to be kept for the legal period.
Cyclezen reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in the event of a breach of the Terms, with 15 days' notice sent by email, except in the case of serious misconduct (fraud, security breach, unlawful content), in which case termination is immediate.
Article 11 · Changes to the Terms
Cyclezen reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. Any substantial change will be notified through a notification in the Application and by email, at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Article 12 · Assignment
Cyclezen reserves the right to assign all or part of its rights and obligations under the Terms to a third party, in particular as part of a merger or acquisition. The User will be informed by email at least 30 days before the effective assignment and may terminate her account free of charge within that period.
Article 13 · Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by French law. In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the User, as a consumer, has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute.
Failing an amicable resolution, and subject to the mandatory rules of jurisdiction applicable to consumers, any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.
Article 14 · Miscellaneous provisions
If a provision of the Terms is held to be void or unenforceable, the other provisions remain fully applicable. Cyclezen's failure to rely on a breach of the Terms shall not be interpreted as a waiver of the right to rely on it later.
Computer records kept by Cyclezen under reasonable security conditions (access logs, consent timestamps, FHIR AuditEvent audit logs) constitute evidence enforceable between the parties.
